Represents a photo to be sent.
Parameters: - media (

) –File to send. Pass a file_id to send a file that exists on the Telegram servers (recommended), pass an HTTP URL for Telegram to get a file from the Internet. Lastly you can pass an existing

, optional) –Custom file name for the photo, when uploading a new file. Convenience parameter, useful e.g. when sending files generated by the
